Program Description
Classes of students meet for a full day of activities, from 8:30AM to 5:30PM, which addresses Shared Public Space.
The ability to share public space requires tolerance of diversity in appearance, language, and cultural behavior. Jewish and Arab Israelis' different habits of consumption, work, and leisure necessitate the development of more flexible and accepting attitudes. The program focuses on these issues and addresses them on three levels: first, on the level of knowledge; second, on the level of contact and meeting; and third, on the level of skill acquisition.
